Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

i rented my house to my so call friends.. I understand that I can go to small claims court for the things they destroyed in my house.. but what about my personal belonging they stole ..I don't want money for it.. i want my stuff back..what do I do

You could file a criminal complaint, or if you want to take them to court you have to file a replevin action in the District Court of Maryland in your county.
