Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Can I sue my cell phone provider? In past they used my credit card w/o permission, which I resolved, now they have incorrect info. on my account calls activity charging me double cents for one minute from calls. my cell phone details show accurate information. It seems they will not pay back money maybe they're waiting for the details on my cell phone to expire.

You would have to review your cell phone contract to see if there is an arbitration process set up to resolve disputes. There would have to be a significant amount of money involved to make a lawsuit worthwhile. If you are near to the end of your contract or don't have a termination fee you can of course go to another company. It sounds like you agreed to auto payment from your bank account which is never a good idea.
