Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

My x-wife forged my signature what can I do ?

x-wife without my knowledge, on August 8th 1997, opened a Certificate of Deposit (CD) worth $1,500.00 under my account. On December 19th 1997, X-wife proceeded to close and transfer the CD then worth $1,508.36 to her savings account #164931S1. Proof will be provided.

On August 8th 1993, X-wife and I opened a Shareholder Stock Growth Plan which I contributed $2,454.04 dollars within the time span of 53 months. On January 26th 1998, X-wife, without my knowledge, signed and faxed the CST Redemption form, requiring my signature, in which case the X-wife forged. The X-wife received the redemption check, signed it forged my signature and cashed it once again.

You obviously have a case against your wife for

conversion and possibly civil theft. The bank's

responsibility is regulated by statute. I strongly

suggest you seek the advice of counsel.
