Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

US Citizenship !!!!

Well... I am 41 years old who has filed a case since 2000. Now I am getting a letter/e-mail saying my I-485 Application of Employment Based Case has been DENIED !!!

Now I am wondering if it is possible for me to file a parallel Employment-Based case..

Please Help . . . . .

I am not sure how this has to do with citizenship if you are talking about a I-485. Are you sure you didn't mean green card? Also, your facts are too few to give you any concrete advice. Okay, calm down. Your subject is "US Citizenship." What kind of case did you file? You probably filed for adjustment based on an approved labor cert, right? or wrong? What do you mean by filing a parallel employment-based case. Don't do anything until you tell me why your I-485 was denied. There is a possibility that if you filed under 245i, that you may be able to find another employer to sponsor you -- but I want to know what happened with this application of which you write. Let me know, unless someone else has been able to specifically provide an answer. Good luck!
