Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

Hello sir,

I came to united states in 2008 on F1 status but my status was terminated because i was sick and affected with tuberculosis.i applied for reinstatement but was denied because my treatment was not over which was done in county health department. I applied to reopen the case on the basis that i have already completed my treatment from the health department but have not listened since from uscis. I talked to my adviser who told me that i can still go to school till i have appealed for my case. At the same i met with a girl who is a US citizen but lives in Texas and working as a high school teacher and wants to marry her. since i live in Maryland and want to continue to go school as i will graduate in may 2012? My question is can she apply for me to adjust my status from Texas though we living in two different states and what are other options.

I will highly appreciate yours advice

Thank you

Waiver of Inadmissibility

A Waiver of Inadmissibility will have to be obtained. This is an application that will include a legal brief, forms, documents, exhibits, declarations and other evidence. My firm can prepare the entire waiver, and attach all of the necessary documents. It will take several months for the decision, and if done correctly, there is a good chance of an approval. The Waiver essentially makes the crime or ground of ineligibility disappear so that entry or re-entry will be allowed into the U.S. Please note that the Waiver is the critical part of this application, and unless approved, there cannot be any other petition that will allow entry into the U.S. Therefore, the Waiver must be prepared with significant supporting documents.
