Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

I am currently in TN Visa status. I am canadian citizen. My company applied for labor certification on my behalf and just got approved. My priority date is March, 2008. My current TN visa expires in Feb, 2012. Before I apply my I-140 and start the green card process, I need to make sure I will be able to finish all processes and get my green card before Feb, 2012 (when my TN visa expires). So, my question is, for some one whose priority date is March, 2008, is there any chance that visa would be available between now and Feb, 2012. I can not apply for HB visa any more.

Thanks

You need to check the processing times. Why don't you apply for an extension of your TN visa just to be on the safe side? http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=26886
