Legal Question in Insurance Law in Maryland

Accident dispute

I was making a left hand turn in a left hand turn lane. Traffic was flowing in both directions and it is a busy intersection. I got the green left hand arrow and proceeded through the intesection. The driver hit me as I was almost through the intersection. He is disputing that the accident was my fault and I have myself and a witness that says I had the green turn arrow. This is in the early stages but I was wondering what my options would be? Thanks for your help.

Re: Accident dispute

It all depends on facts of the accident and where the collision occurred. The speeds of the vehicles and the flow of traffic have much to bear upon you matter. Witnesses to the incident should be contacted. I take automobile cases on a contingency basis. Call me at (410) 799-9002. Joe Holthaus
