Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Maryland
We are a primary care providers office and are trying to obatain medical records from another medical office. They will not return calls andhave promised through their secretary that they will provide this information but still fail to do so. We are unable to develop a plan of care until we receive this information. What recourse do we ahve and can we fill a subpoena to obtain these records?

Subpoenas are only available if a suit is pending -- from your description no suit seems to be involved.
