Re: Limitations of time

In general -- for injuries experienced in Maryland by an adult, treated by a Maryland health care provider - the period of limitations is three years from the discovery of the injury and wrong or five years from the date of injury, whichever time period first occurs. The "discovery" idea and in some cases, such as delayed cancer diagnosis, the idea of "injury" can cause much debate. No attorney client relationship is established by this communication. It is meant simply to help you choose counsel of your choice.
