Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

We are selling our mobile home through a company that sells it for you. We are asking $8,500 but they said that they needed to talk with the company to find out the percentage they would add on for their commission, well they added $4,900, for a total of $13,400. It never states anywhere in the contract that they have to add/charge/make that much. We asked them to lower their price so the home could sell faster. They said no that is how much they have to make. Is there anyway to make them lower it, or a way out of the contract with out paying them the breach fee which is $3,900?

It is impossible for a lawyer to answer that question unless the lawyer can first read the contract with the company. The contract contains the answers to your questions.
