A tree in my yard fell in my neighbors yard. Who is responsible for having the tree cut and removed?

If there was no indication that the tree was likely to fall due to age, disease, etc., you wouldn't be held responsible. But if this was an act of nature--for example, a big storm, your insurance may cover it, so consult your agent or claims department.
