I have to go to court for these two things but on the tick im not sure what to select [] Request a waiver hearinf enclosed or [] Request for trial enclosed... Either way i dont want any of these on my records i have a perfect driving record and record period i dont want this to affect me in the near future when im going to look for another job. im only 21 currently in college. what do i do?

If you waive the hearing, you will have to pay the fine and you will be found guilty. However, if you request a trial, the witnesses will have to appear, you may question them under oath, you may testify, you may present witnesses, and the court would have to be convinced of your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. If not, the court must find you not guilty.

Unless you are required to drive for work, such as a delivery person, then your driving record probably will not matter to most employers.

Your driving on a learner's permit, without supervision, and you have an accident. And you are considering going to court without a lawyer? That would be your 3rd mistake.
