hit and run suspect get's away with it

Dear State Attorney Glenn Ivey, Judge El Amin, Mr. Melvin Hirshman, Mr. Ross McLaughlin, Mr. & Mrs. Louis & Carrie Hatten

I cannot believe there is NO JUSTICE in Maryland Court at all on 01-25-2005 at 05:33 am; I was a victim of hit and run attempted murder, attempt vehicle homicide. I did every-thing I believe that was right I call 911 and got bad advice I believe the call taker should have took down the information and dispatch it to Virginia State trooper since it cross State line. Instead Advice me to go to PG, Police at Eastover they inform me that since it happens on the ramp to 495 that I had to report it to Maryland State Trooper I did.

I went to State Trooper Barracks, at the front desk I gave the tag number, and reported the hit and run. State Trooper Ray Johnson took an interest in investigating the hit and run, which I stated that a man was driving with a beard and mustache light skin in complexion. Trooper Johnson recently told me as of 08-29-2007 that he did not get a statement from the Wife of the man that hit me, which he said she did not say she was driving or not driving that she just took responsibility.
