Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I received a probation before judgement for driving on a suspended license in September 2010. A couple of weeks ago I hit a parked car while driving on a suspened license once again. The reason why I have not got my license back is because I have not had the money to pay off my speeding tickets, but am planning on doing so this weekend. My question is, how does the whole PBJ thing work? Am I on probation for a certain lenght of time?

Maybe. You should read your probation contract. If you didn't know whether you were on supervised probation, you may have already violated.

Typically, probation for serious traffic offenses is 6m or 1y, but may be 5y. Check your pbj paperwork. You can get a copy at the clerk's office in the courthouse where you got pbj.
