Towing a car fro expired tags
My tags had been expired for an hour, and it was the middle of the night and my car was parked in my parking spot at my townhouse, and this tow truck tried to take my car. I flagged him down and asked why? and he said my tags were expired, but I had my replacement tabs in my purse and said I was going to out them on. He then gave me 5 minutes to give him $50 cash to put my car down. I was wondering if he had to announce he was going to tow my car? and if him asking for $50 dollars cash was illegal? and what legal action I should take?

You should talk to a lawyer about suing the towing company.
