Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

If a dying patient who is of sound mind, writes, signs, and has 2 wittness signatures for confirmation, leave personal items to whomever she designates. Will this be legally binding in the state of Maryland.

In Maryland a will signed by someone of sound mind in the presence of two witnesses will meet the requirements for a valid will.
