trustee does crazy things treatens me even though i am easy going and dont bother him he hires a power lawyer for a small fortune and i dont get any benefit from trust he got mad wrote a hatefull letter dripping with venom i went to a rabbi andthis insensed him so he stuck afor sale sign on house then took it down in a day he torments me

There is no question stated here. If you believe that the trustee is breaching his duty to run the trust properly, you may be able to sue the trustee. It is time for you to pony up and hire a probate attorney to fight for your rights.
