How do i go about filing a law suit aginst a public school?

my child is autistic with a behavioral disability the school is doing every thing in their power to keep him removed from school, will not provide him with a tutor do to the fact the staff is afraid of him(so they say they have been with him since Dec2003)I believe they are discriminating against my child due to the fact they no longer want to deal with him because of his behaviors

how do you prove discrimination?

Your child is entitled to the benefit of both federal and state laws requiring special needs children to be schooled with everyone else. In MA the law is Chapter 766. You should call Ma Department of Education for information on how to proceed.
