Re: Cost of Bankruptcy

You can spend anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand - it's going to depend on the nature of the bankruptcy petition that will be filed, as well as the experience of the lawyer you retain. As in all things, you get what you pay for.

Re: Cost of Bankruptcy

The filing fee is presently $200.00. The attorney's fee will vary depending upon the nature of your case.

A simple chapter 7 filing, will cost only a few hundred dollars. A complex case will cost more, if you file a ch 13

then a portion of the attorney fee can be paid through the plan each month. If you would like a free consultation and

an actual estimate as to price feel free to call ( 978) 465-5158
