How long to file bankruptcy appeal?
Hi, I got a notice of dismissal of my Ch13 bankruptcy; how long do I have to file an appeal?

Generally the period for appeals is 10 days from the entry of the order, but there are certain motions and procedures that may extend or temporarily hold that deadline. There are also motions that you may be able to file to reinstate your case without an appeal. Feel free to contact my office if you have additional questions.
