Agent seller contract for a collection

What type of contract do I need to sell a collection of work. This is a resale situation, not original artwork. I will market the pieces and take a % of sale. I will not have physically at my location.

Re: Agent seller contract for a collection

If you are selling a collection of work as a one-time thing, you need a commission agreement. If you are selling use of images as a license such as clip art, then you need a merchant/master licensing agreement.
