Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

Making a Terms of Use and Disclaimer

I'm starting a small business - an admissions consulting business - which provides advide to people applying to college or grad/professional school. I need to create two legal docs...first one for my website called ''terms of use / disclaimer'' which says something to the effect of ''if you read stuff on my website you can't sue me for not getting into school, and I don't gaurantee the accuracy of info on my site'' and then I need to create a second legal doc which is more involved and one that clients sign if they actually want to use my consulting services as they apply to school...similarly, this doc needs to basically say ''you won't sue me if you don't get into school or have a loss, etc.'' So, my question for you is where I can look for free forms that resemble this sort of thing. Short of copying similar forms from competitors websites (i can't do that can I?) I don't know where to look....and I can't afford to hire a lawyer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
