motion

i filed an emergency motion for an

30 day extention because my daughter will be having unexpected surgery they denied it because i couldnt prove she was schedualed i want to file a motion for reconsideration where can i find case law to support my position??

You might call/visit the law library of your county's Superior Court. Call the reference librarian first. You may also ask a civil clerk (they won't give you legal advice) if there are forms available. You may do research on line and/or contact a legal aid office near you.

You may also seek a short free(hopefully) consultation from a lawyer, also.
