Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

How Do I Obtain Legal Representation?

Hello,

First, I would like to thank you all for taking the time to answer my questions. This may sound odd, but I would like to know what the procedure is for hiring an attorney.

I have a small business with liability issues, I need a will, and I often require help trying to recover money from people who haven't delivered work they agreed to. Unfortunately, when I contact law firms, they tell me the damages are not enough for them to get involved!

Are there any attorneys interested in this type of work? If so, where do I find them? Any advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
