Re: Owners of Corporation

The officers of any Mass. corporation are listed at the Secretary of State's office. Most lawyers have accounts with "runners" that will to the correct office look up something like that and then bill the attorney. I can have someone look something up for you and I would expect it to cost generally under $100. Would that help you?

Re: Owners of Corporation

"Involved" is a term susceptible to many interpretations. The office of the secretary of the commonwealth will search on request to determine whether a person is an officer of a corporation chartered in MA. They will not tell you whether he is a director, and have no information on whether he is an employee. Likewise, that office would have no information if he is involved in any way with a corporation chartered in another state, unless he happened to sign a request to qualify it to do business in MA.

Your question also suggests, by use of the term "another corporation," that there are some particular circumstances on which we cannot even speculate -- you are welcome to follow up with a direct inquiry that states more facts.
