Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

I signed in to a contract at a gym. They sent me notification via mail that they were moving to a new location which is not convenient anymore for me. Do i have a right to cancel my membership or will i still be held by that contract?

An attorney will tell you, it depends on whether the contract addresses this issue or not. If not, then it will come down to what's reasonable under the circumstances (you signed up to go to a gym at location X, and they've moved to inconvenient location Y). Consult with an attorney in your area to review your contract and address specific issues.
