Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

We came home from vacation and found that our neighbor out back had 9 trees on our back property stripped of most of thier branches.. Most cuts were to the tree 3 feet in our property. Never said a word to us. One tree looks like a stick with broccilli on top. Took all our privacy to our back yard away that we have worked on for the 15 years. Made the yard look terrible. We have our own tree service guy and he said the cuts they did could rot the tree. What can we do?
