Cyber Sex
My 21 year old nephew recently engaged in cyber sex with a 16 year old in Indiana. She was listed as 18 and told him after the fact.Now he is worried. Has he committed a crime?

As described, the facts do not suggest a high likelihood of prosecution. This could well change if repeated, so tell your nephew to keep his mouse under tighter control.
