Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Massachusetts

I have had it with Bank of America, My employer pay's me with a payroll check issued by BOA because my employer pay's them a monthly fee to manage there account. Now i go to cash my check in a BOA bank & It's hell. I am harassed, asking me personal information, keep trying to get me to open an account with them. Because i won't open one, they charge me a $6.00 fee to cash it,even though my employer has 20-30 million in the account. I have GOV. photo ID"S for identifacation but because i still won't open an account,Now I have to be finger-printed & place the print on the check. I want to file a charge against BOA for Violation of my right's to privacy & making me pay a fee to cash my pay check because I won't give up my right's to privacy. I feel like a criminal just for cashing my paycheck. I showed proper ID but being finger-printed draws the line.

If you don't like the way you are treated at Bank of America (I can't say I blame you), find a new bank!
