Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Massachusetts

is Spiritualy based massage covered under the freedom of religion act, or do I need a massage license? .. I am an ordained Minister.

Depends? Under the freedom you have a right to engage in your religion w/o government intrusion. However, the government has a right to enact laws/statutes for license's if they can show that such law/statute is necessary-example: a religion has a right to pray-considering praying is generally harmless-but a religion would not have a right to calim the freedom citing that burning down buildings is part of their religious beleif. If your massages are generally spiritual and dont include drugs, snapping around body parts, and/or unwilling intrusions then you may be ok w/o a license.
