Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Massachusetts

Towing

My sisters boyfriend was in Best Buy and they thought he was stealing, they searched him and found nothing so he left. As he was leaving two employees chased him out and then police chased as well (while he was running). After he was arrested they asked how he got to the store and he said drove. They then had my mothers vehicle towed. He was not even driving. Is that legal? Also they charged him with larceny yet he was searched in the store and they found nothing. Please help!!

Re: Towing

Your sister's boyfriend needs to retain a criminal attorney immediately. If convicted, these charges can mess up his record and follow him around for the rest of his life. It is important that he speaks to no one about the case, except his own lawyer.
