Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator after sales person told me Whirlpool was offering a 700. 00 rebate. I had completed and sent rebate online form on Whirlpool's website.

Come to find out, this authorized dealer was not included in this particular promotional rebate.

Also, because I didn't have a copy of the rebate form I was not permitted to receive rebate.

I now have copy of form. In you opinion, would I have any chance of this rebate being issued should I go to small claims?

Your remedy may be against the retailer if they fraudulently led you to believe they were authorized to offer a rebate and that induced you into the purchase.
