Who can I contact regarding collections of outstanding payday loans?

Being a single mother, I have managed to get myself way over my head in payday loans. Matter of fact, they have eaten away at my entire paycheck and I haven't had enough to live on. My question to you is, ''Is there someone that might be able to call these payday loan companies and get me on a payment schedule''? It has been such a big source of stress for me that I had to go to the doctor's. I should have realized that these payday loans would kill me. I cannot afford to pay them all off now, but I do have the ability to pay over time. Can someone help me in dealing with these companies? I am in desperate need. I am willing to pay a legal fee.
