Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

credit card debt claim

hello. Two years ago capital one took--name removed--to court for a credit card debt of $1000. It got settled & the judge & the lawyer for Cap. one agreed i can pay $20.00 a month. Recently the claim was handed over to a different law firm. Now they're saying that i need to pay more even though i already went to court about this & the judgement ruling said i can pay $20.00 a month. Can this new law firm handleling--name removed--claim--name removed--this? I thought once it's ruled in court that's it. What are--name removed--rights about this. Also i have been paying the monthly payments since the court hearing.
