Credit Card

I own a home and have 2 vehicles. I became disabled last Nov. and am unable to work anymore. Can a judgment against you from a credit company take personal property such as my car, one of my cars, put a lien on my home? I have been making pymts of $25 a week and they have been accepting it. It is in collections. Can they do any of the above mentioned?
