Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Recently I noticed a charge on my bank statement for $125 for a levy. Several days after I found out this judgment was served to my old address in NJ from two years ago for a debit that is most defiantly not mine. I have closed the bank account but I am not sure what I should do to take care of getting the Judgment reversed... I live in MA, how can I get this reversed and possibly get my fee back from my old Bank?
