Warrants
I have had several warrants issued against me for not appear
i moved from the state and have just recently found out about these warrants. How long do warrants stay in effect?

too long. You should get an attorney, who will check what is going on at court, and prepare you for returning to court to remove the warrants, and deal with the underlying problem.

Warrants will never dissapear on their own. You should present yourself to the court that issued the warrant, or your local police department. If you do not, in the event that you get stopped for a minor traffic violation or other poice stop, a check will reveal there is a warrant outstanding and you will be arrested and held. I would also suggest that you obtain an attorney to assist you in this matter. But the important thing is to act immediately. Do the right thing. Best of luck.
