Breaking and Entering

If I have a written statment and signed by someone that lives at the house i got charged at saying they knew i was there do the charges get dropped

The written statement may not be admissible. The person coming into court saying that is another story. The statement could be writeen by anyone. Hire a Lawyer!

You should retain an attorney to present your defense properly and perhaps even get the matter remanded to a clerk's show cause hearing if there was no probable cause for a complaint to have issued so that the complant will not be reflected on your record. Good Luck!
