Criminal trafic violation

I Have received a ticket for operating to endanger.

The state trooper did not witness the acident.

He gave me the ticket based on the driver of they other vehicle discription of the accident.Who was at fault and lied to the trooper.Is he allowed to do that?

There is no doubt but that the officer had the right to cite you. Whether the case will hold up is another matter. I assume you will get a notice for a magistrates hearing at some point soon (sometimes it takes weeks, sometimes very quick).

At that point you should consider retaining an attorney.

Yes, but it is something you can fight both at a clerk's hearing and at court.
