: Can a husband accuse a wife of identity theft?

He in essence is accusing you of larceny, identity theft, and forgery.

If you do not have an attorney, get one. These are serious charges. If the police seek to interview you, get an attorney before you speak to them. You may also get a call from a postal inspector.
