Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Mass information on OUI, vehicular homicide

I am looking for information (a webiste, a resource center, anything) on the legal process, from arraignment to sentencing for someone charged with OUI and vehicular homicide. The case involves two friends that were in an accident, the driver survived and is now being charged. Also the qualifications for public defense in Massachusetts. I have searched Mass. official pages, but have come up with nothing.

Public Defenders work directly for a state agency and are screened by the Committee for Public Counsel Services. Bar Advocates are private attorneys who accept cases from the courts, there practice usually encompasses many private clients as well as court appointed clients. Bar Advocates are screened by the Bar Advocate group they are associated with.

Cases such as you mentioned involve arraignment, pre-trial conference, compliance, motions, trial assignment, trial. Check out massattorney.net.
