Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I am a Massachusetts resident and was wondering what the typical penalty is for someone caught cultivating a small amount (10 -20 Plants) of marijuana in their home. The person has no previous criminal record. Could, or would they be able to seize the house/ vehicles/ other assets, and would other people living in the house be able to be charged with a crime if one individual were to claim responsibility. House is not located near a school or park.

They have any number of tools if they can show that it was possession with intent to sell or possibly trafficking. Get a lawyer.
