If a person is let out on bail for a violent offense in MA. Resides in MA. Then get's an out of state (NH) OUI. Will MA revoke bail?

Yes, then CAN revoke your bail. The question is whether probation/DA/the court will become aware of the new allegations. You should make your attorney aware of the situation ASAP.
