Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

i have pryor dui convictions from 16 to 25 years ago. Because of some improper colloquys, It appears that my convictions are constitionaly invalid. What would be the criteria, and most affective proceedure to get these cases vacated

Why do you say there was an improper colloquy?
