Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Public Defender

I am assigned to a public defender for a criminal offence. He told me that he'd send me a copy of my police report. It's important to me as when I quickly read it, I found a significant error. However, I need a copy. My public defender will not even return my phone call. How can I obtain a copy?

You may obtain a copy of the police report at the clerk of courts office attached to the complaint in your file or from the police department. Good Luck!
