I got raided and the search warrant has a different number on the address would that be enough to win a case?

It depends on how off the address was. If the street number was off by one or two numbers then probably not. But if it had the wrong street name entirely then you have a good argument.

If you were raided under a search warrant and you don't have an attorney yet, your should. If you do have an attorney, he/she would be the person to ask since the answer is fact specific.
