Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Restraing order question

I have been getting harrassing e-mails from another person for severalmonths, I never met this person, but she knows who I am, I have taken steps to have her stop, however she has informed a mutal friend of ours, that if she loses her job (currently working as a civilian for a military hospital overseas) she ''would come after me'' she is coming back to the states in Dec for the holidays,

I know by that time she may lose or be severely repremanded for her actions, however her statement of ''coming after me'' I feel is a threat can I get a restraining order? Or what other options do I have?

: Restraing order question

You can get a superior court restraining order since this mailer does not meet the district court standards for its restraining order.

You can file a civil suit, and you can related this to the police, and her ISP.
