Re: Odoul's

Does Odoul's have any precentage of alcohol in it? If it does, it may be illegal to have open in the car. However, would this actually hold water in a court of law? Maybe in NH, I doubt it in MA. I would have to do further research to be sure. Although, Odoul's is supposedly a non-alcohol beer, I believe it may have some precentage of alcohol and the container looks like a beer (reason for an officer to pull you over); it may be a smart move not to drink it while driving your vehicle.

Also, I believe at one point, NH was even debating over putting in place a law that you could not drink (any beverage) or eat while driving. However, I am not a NH attorney but I did hear some talk about it; but as far as I know, it was just talk. I know cell-phones have been a hot debate in both NH and Mass.

Sincerely, Maria Murber
