how can I have a patiant transferred to another home, when the patiant says no,but is confused.

You need to post a lot more details -- who are you in relation to the patient? What legal authority do you have to do anything? What do you mean by "home" -- a nursing home? A house? Why is the patient "confused?" Has there been a legal determination of incapacity?
