Sportsbook gambling in Massachusetts
My question pertains to the law on operating a sportsbook in Massachusetts. I know MA. law is unclear in online wagering, not permitting or banning it, but how about a sportsbook operation? I saw some laws that prohibit the operation of *4 persons or more* in the operation of a gambling facility. What exactly does that mean? Can I legally run a 3 person or less operation? Doesn`t seem to be an offense that can be successfully prosecuted.

Bookmaking is currently illegal in MA whether it is sports or otherwise.
